ExPloring Sites in Japan, the United States, and Beyond
Yae-Jin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a B.A. in History of Art. Some of the highlights from her time at Penn include working on the ICA’s 50th Anniversary Exhibition as a Curatorial Intern and exploring the intersection of art and Korean comfort women activism as an Andrew W. Mellon Fellow of the Penn Humanities Forum. Most recently, she assisted the Curator of Permanent Collection at the Whitney Museum with the Collection Handbook that’s being published on the occasion of the new building opening in May 2015. She currently works at Nadine Johnson & Associates, a media strategy and brand consulting firm in New York.
